To log in, go to privestia.co.uk and select “Login” from the menu. On the login screen, enter your email address and the password provided by Privestia.

Keep in mind that the information displayed is linked to the specific user logged in.

You can change your password in Account Settings after logging in.
The Dashboard provides a summary of three key areas:
Documents to Provide lists documents that have not yet been submitted.

Ideally, this list should be empty, indicating all required documents have been uploaded.
-
Additional document requests may arise later, so an “empty” list does not necessarily mean the process is complete—only that no further documents are requested at this time.

To upload or review documents, go to the “Information Request” tab.
Meetings displays a calendar of scheduled meetings.

Meeting minutes will be sent via email and accessible within the calendar.

Clicking a meeting entry will show details, including the meeting link (if online).Clicking the link will open the meeting in a new window.

Use the calendar’s options to view daily, weekly, or monthly schedules.
Open Email Questions lists any outstanding questions or remarks that have been emailed to you.

For efficiency, respond directly within the system by clicking “View or Answer” next to each question.Once answered, the question is removed from the “Open Email Questions” list.

New questions may be added over time, so an empty list does not mean the process is complete—only that no current unanswered emails exist.

This tab allows you to upload requested documents. Instructions are provided within the page.
Important:

If you need to add NOTES to a file before uploading, ENTER THEM FIRST.

Once a file is uploaded, it will disappear from your list.

This tab provides a complete overview of all documents in the process, including:

Applicable and non-applicable documents.

Their current status in the process.
-
Documents that have not yet been uploaded.
To view specific types of documents, use the filter options in the menu.

Clicking “File” in a document record will automatically open the uploaded file for review.
Privestia manages all document uploads, including:

Reviewing submitted documents.
-
Requesting additional details or new documents.
-
Attaching related email questions.
-
Adding documents to meeting agendas for discussion.
A document’s process is finalised when it receives “Approved” status.
This tab is provided for convenience only, allowing quick access to frequently used contact details, eliminating the need to repeatedly search for email addresses and contact persons.
